**In-Person** Jersey Mikes Dinner @ LV KC Office (OWN RIDES ONLY)

$15We are having two staff at the LV Office for dinner from Jersey Mikes. Clients who sign up need to provide their OWN transportation to the LV KC Office to be there by 5:30 PM. Must sign up before 12 PM on Tuesday 10/6/2020. Must give order for Jersey Mikes by 12 PM on Wednesday if signed up.
***GUIDELINES FOR THE ACTIVITY***
-Masks must be worn at all times when indoors and not eating or drinking.
-Maintain 6 feet of social distancing inside when at all possible.
-If playing video games, use a wipe to clean the controller before use AND after use.
-When using anything in the office, it needs to be wiped down BOTH before AND after use.
-Listening to staff and there cues is a MUST.
