How We Can help
Kota Connections can provide services from CDCS Plans, CEED Plans, State Waiver, Brain Injury (TBI) Waiver, and possibly others. Please reach out to double check. The technical services we provide are Employment Exploration, Employment Development, Employment Support, Semi-Independent Living Services (SILS), Supported Living Services (SLS), Independent Living Services (ILS), and In-Home Family Support (IHFS). We provide each of these services our own way, so please reach out to get clarification on if we can meet the needs of each client.
