Do you provide on-the-job support after I am hired?

Yes. Intensive support during training, then periodic check-ins based on need.

If I do not like my job, will Kota help me find a new one?

Yes. We make a plan to restart the job search when you are ready.

Will you give me a ride to my job every day?

No. We provide transportation during the job search and help explore commute options.
